Other than the content you own, under these Terms, Nannazz Fruits and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website. You are granted limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.

Certain areas of this Website are restricted from being accessed by you and Nannazz Fruits may further restrict access for you to any areas of this Website, at any time, in absolute discretion. Any user ID and password you may have for this Website are confidential and you must maintain confidentiality as well. This information is for the buyer to use, but Nannazz Fruit’s property.
In these Terms and Conditions, “Your Content” shall mean any audio, video text, images, or other material you choose to display and share on this Website and/or Social Media (like Facebook, Instagram, etc.) used by Nannazz Fruits. By displaying your content, you grant Nannazz Fruits a non-exclusive, worldwide irrevocable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute it in any and all media.
The Buyer’s content must be buyers own and must not be invading any third-party’s rights. Nannazz Fruits reserves the right to remove any of Buyer’s Content from this Website at any time without notice.
The Online Shop is an internet service that allows the Buyer to browse and purchase a selection of our products, including possible digital products (digital products) like e-books and other digital copy, applications, or such. If you have any problems using, or any questions about, the Online Shop, please refer to our FAQs. If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for in the FAQs, then please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Use of the Online Shop
The Buyer must be eighteen years old or older to use the Online Shop. While we use all reasonable endeavors to make sure that the Online Shop is available 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year, we cannot guarantee that your access will be uninterrupted or error-free. Access may be unavailable temporarily without notice in the event of system failure, maintenance, or any reason beyond our control.
Any links to third party sites appearing on the Online Shop are provided for your convenience only. The links and third-party sites are not verified or recommended by us. Your access to such third-party sites is at Buyer’s own risk and may be subject to third party terms of use.
During the order process, the Buyer may choose a username and password. Buyer is responsible for the buyer’s account and all actions taken under that username and password. The Buyer must only purchase from the Online Shop under Buyer’s own username and password. You must make every effort to keep your password safe and should not disclose it to anyone. If you think someone else might know it, you must change it immediately. The Buyer may not transfer or sell your username to anyone, nor permit, either directly or indirectly, anyone to use your username or password. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to contact us as soon as possible.
We have the right to end our agreement with the Buyer for the use of the Online Shop if the Buyer breaches these Terms or if we suspect you have breached these terms or are engaged, or are about to be engaged or have been involved in fraudulent or illegal activity in connection with the Online Shop or on the site.
Ordering Process
When placing an order, you agree that any and all information you give us is accurate and complete.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. All prices listed on the Online Shop are correct at the time of entering the information, however, we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time. The total price of your order, including any sales taxes, will be displayed prior to your purchase confirmation.
No contract for the sale of any product will exist between the Buyer and Nannazz Fruits until we accept your order by emailing the confirmation message to the email address given in your order and will detail the products ordered, payment status, shipping cost, and the shipping method.
The Buyer must check all the details on this confirmation invoice are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.
If the Buyer’s order cannot be processed, you will receive an email from us informing you of the reasons why and our proposed solution. If you are not happy with the proposed solution, the Buyer may decide to cancel your purchase and obtain a full refund.
Discount vouchers, codes and offers cannot be used on sale/ already discounted products unless otherwise stated.
Payment, charges, and transaction fees
You may purchase products from the Online Shop by using Bank Transfer. At the moment we do not automatically accept any other payment method. In certain situations, we can offer and send Buyer a PayPal payment request, but only then when Buyer (online buyers) accepts to pay the PayPal transaction fees.
We are sorry that we cannot accept credit cards, personal cheques, cashier’s cheques, money orders or direct deposits.
Delivery methods and charges
We send Buyer’s purchased products Express Services like Kerry Express, J&T Express, NIM Express, etc. Most purchased products will be sent by Kerry Express.
We can deliver to all locations within Thailand. If you wish to order outside Thailand, we’re sorry that we can’t deliver to you at this moment.
Please ensure that you provide accurate credit card details, CVC code, billing address and other information that we request from you in order to process your payment and check them carefully before you click “pay” as we can’t amend mistakes afterwards. We may not be able to process your payment or deliver your products if the information you provide is incorrect.
Shipping Charges
Except as set out below, shipping charges will apply for delivery of physical products purchased from our Online Shop. These shipping charges will be notified to you at the time of the Buyer’s purchase in the cart total summary. We are using Flat Shipping charges, based on products and/or location. Our products are shipped from different locations throughout Thailand and when multiple products are added to the Buyer’s cart, multiple shipping charges might appear, as we send our products from multiple location such as Chiang Mai, Chiang Dao, Pak Chong, Phuket, etc. By making a purchase, the Buyer agrees that buyer accepts the shipping charges that have been notified to buyer.
Delivery times
If your items are in stock, we will deliver them to you as soon as we can. In the case of pre-orders, we will deliver the products to you as soon as they are in stock. Estimated publication dates are listed on the relevant product page.
Please see our FAQ page for an indication of estimated delivery times for the products you have purchased. Please note that these times are intended as an estimate or indication only, as we are unable to guarantee delivery times for your purchase.
Delivery of Goods and Performance of Services
Nannazz Fruits will use commercially reasonable efforts to make sure goods are delivered in the shortest possible time. However, specific times and dates cannot be guaranteed.
In general, a maximum of two delivery attempts will be made on the day of delivery. If the buyer is not available to accept the goods, the Buyer will still be invoiced for the goods. Nannazz Fruits will contact the Buyer in writing (by email, chat message, or any other digital writing), should the delivery attempt not be successful.
Inspection and Acceptance of Goods and Services
The buyer shall provide Nannazz Fruits with a written notice within 1 (one) day of delivery containing the full details of any alleged defect or non-conformity in goods. The Buyer shall also keep the entire box and products in question aside, including all packets, for a representative from Nannazz Fruits to collect or inspect and to allow suppliers to investigate the alleged defect.
Nannazz Fruits shall make the final determination as to whether the goods are defective or non-conforming. If it is determined that the product does have a defect, Nannazz Fruits shall, in its discretion, replace the affected goods and/or provide the buyer with a discount whichever method Nannazz Fruits or Supplier deems reasonable under the circumstances.

This Website is provided “as is”, with all faults, and Nannazz Fruits express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website. Also, nothing contained on this Website shall be interpreted as advising or as a final direction for use.
In no event shall Nannazz Fruits, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract. Nannazz Fruits, including its officers, directors, and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to the Buyer’s use of this Website.
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Nannazz Fruits from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to the Buyer’s breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
Nannazz Fruits is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website the Buyer is expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
The Nannazz Fruits is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, the Buyer are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
These Terms along with the completed Order Form and any document relating thereto contain the entire agreement between Buyer and Nannazz Fruits and shall not be altered or amended except by written communication agreed to by both parties.
By using this website and/or communicating electronically with nannazz Fruits, the Buyer agrees that all communication satisfies any legal requirement, including the requirement that such communications must be in writing.
These Terms and any document relating thereto shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand and either party shall bring any action that arises out of or relates to the Sale Agreement and/or these Terms in any Magistrate’s Court in the Kingdom of Thailand, that has jurisdiction over the subject matter.
