Nannazz Fruits™ is an online and offline business to serve and support your health and happiness. Whether you are ordering for your family at home, your remote office, or for hundreds of employees in offices across the country.
We make sure you have a great fruit experience and make the first steps to a healthy life together with the people who mean the most to you.
Fresh fruit consumption is one of the best ways to increase general health and immune function.
We can deliver your order throughout Thailand, and generally ship within 48 hours of ordering. We do also deliver certified organic fruits.
If you are an employer, providing fruit from Nannazz Fruits to your staff supports not just employee health, but boosts morale, productivity, and loyalty.
Nannazz Fruits™ started with the idea that we strongly believe that by supporting and cooperating with small, and independent Thai farms, we support self-sufficiency, sustainability and overall access to food. Small independent farms are the true catalysts for a strong economy. They have great impact on local economic health, boost self-sufficiency, create sustainability, and local food access.
Especially the COVID-19 situation made it very difficult for these small and mostly generations-old family businesses to compete with major supermarket chains and national food giants.
Our goal is to back these small farms in their efforts for greater environmental and local economic growth, including local employability, community engagement, and we truly believe that they are the real advocacies supporting sustainable agriculture.
Nannazz Fruits™ does not own farms, but we have long-term relationships with the small farmers and suppliers we are currently working with across Thailand, of which most are in the North of Thailand. And most of them we have worked with for years. This is also the reason we can guarantee our products a 100% and allows us to have an adequate refund policy in place.
And we have a growing amount of small farms to add products to our fruit portfolio. So please follow us to stay up-to-date about our newest additions.
Nannazz Fruits takes pride in the high levels of service that we are offering. However, should you – as a customer – be unhappy with any part of our service, we are sure we will reach a mutually satisfactory agreement to resolve any issues.
Nannazz Fruits tries to deliver you the best fruit available in Thailand and neighboring countries. We source the fruit from locally operating farmers that take pride in producing the best fruit for its customers because their hearts are in the right place. Because we believe you can taste commitment, dedication and love in each product produced and eaten.
That is why we carefully inspect (and taste!) your fruit to make sure it meets our quality standards before delivering it to you.
In the unfortunate event that this happens, we will arrange a full credit for the damaged fruit when shipment and delivery went with no problem or obstruction. We can replace the fruit with your next order or arrange for an immediate replacement delivery.
The way the online market is developing, we know that price will only get us so far, and price is also easily copied. Therefore, we like to distinguish ourselves by focusing on offering you the best service possible.
Ordering
Nannazz Fruits™ offers this website for ordering your fruit easily. We do our utmost to give you the best possible online shopping experience. To improve the experience where possible, we would love to hear your suggestions how to strengthen our services.
We use different channels to take your fruit orders, e.g. Nannazz.com website, and our Nannazz Fruits Facebook page.
If you prefer to discuss your requirements with us before ordering, then you can communicate with us by phone, email, web chat, FB messenger or WhatsApp chat. Whatever way is the most convenient for you. Please make sure you inform yourself adequately so you are getting the products you like. Our sales team is ready to talk with you!

Our minimum order depends on the fruit you would like to order. For most of our fruits, such as avocados, peaches, lychees, passion fruit, etc. the minimum order is 2 or 3 kilos.
However, some fruits are expensive or sensitive to transport in large quantities, so we therefore make product boxes you can order from us. Or we offer a specific fruit in smaller quantities. We will explain this on the product page in question.
Nannazz Fruits™ delivers your fruit right to your home, work or school. We prefer to send your order with Kerry Express, but they don’t have offices in all locations of Thailand.
In that case we ship with other express companies. Either way, we process your order with the most possible care so your fruit will get to you as quickly as possible.
As mentioned, Nannazz Fruits™ ships to all locations within Thailand where Express services can deliver.
We ship orders regularly and on average 5 days per week. But preferably, we like to ship early in the week. This way we know you will get your orders quickly and to make sure that – when we are almost out-of-season with some fruit isn’t sitting in a warehouse for the weekend.
Yes, on average, we do have enough stock to fulfill all orders. Mostly up to the next harvest but please bear with us that in high season enormous demands can cause out-of-stock situations.
To make sure you have your products at your business, home or school, please contact us to be informed when to order and when to expect your delivery.
We process all orders immediately after we have received your payment. Packing and shipping will follow soon after.
Nannazz Fruits™ has relationships (and agreements) with small organic growers all over the country. We work together with local and regional growers. Most of our farms produce organic fruit, and our partners are family-owned businesses. When they produce organically and are certified, we feel good about supporting them.
Nannazz Fruits™ takes pride in bringing you the best tasting, freshest fruit that we can find. On our website we will keep as much information about our fruit to inform you. We are building a library with health and wellness tips, recipes and other information that we soon will share with you.
Yes, Nannazz Fruits™ offers weekly, bi-weekly or monthly fruit boxes that will automatically be delivered at the frequency agreed with us. The fruit boxes contain the fruit that you have requested or we can make a surprise box with fruit that are in-season. You can discuss with us what you would like and we will make sure that you receive the box of choice.
You can buy anywhere fruit, but if you are a bit like us, you want to know where the fruit is coming from. A trusted grower with a great product is the partner we like to work with.

Payment and Operational policies
Nannazz Fruits™ only accepts Bank Transfers at this moment. We provide this information to you during the checkout process. As we start the delivery process after we have received your payment, we ask you to send the payment slip to our Facebook Page Chat so we know you have paid for the order.
In case you cannot transfer the order amount by bank transaction, we offer you to pay using PayPal. Here, we charge you with the usual PayPal fees. Our prices do not cover such surcharges. The usual PayPal fees, you can find here.
We cannot accept cash on delivery.
Nannazz Fruits takes pride in the high levels of service that we offer. However, should a customer be unhappy with any part of our service we will reach a mutually satisfactory agreement within 24 hours to resolve any issues.
In the unfortunate event that this happens, we will arrange a full credit for the damaged fruit when shipment and delivery went with no obstruction, either by the express service or by the buyer.

Shipping and Delivery
Nannazz Fruits™ delivers your fruit order to your home, work or school. Our preferred express service is Kerry Express, but when it’s unavailable, we do ship with other companies.
Either way we process your order with the most possible care, packed with care and with the right boxes and materials. We ensure you we don’t save (or make!) any money on shipping or packaging. Only like this you get your products in the best possible way. And as quickly as possible.
As mentioned, Nannazz Fruits™ ships to all locations within Thailand where Express services can deliver.
At the moment we rate shipments for most fruit deliveries at 120 Baht. We set some products at different rates, which are mentioned on the product page in question.
Some products need fast shipment or refrigerated shipping against an additional cost — something we do recommend for delicate fruits such as Figs, Lychees, but also Peaches, and Berries. We will discuss this with you before payment and actual shipping.
As we explained in our mission (under general information above), we are supporting local farms and their efforts to offer customers fresh fruit of outstanding quality.
So, the chances are – that when you’re ordering multiple products – these products come from different farms and are sent to you separately.
This causes the multiple shipping costs in the cases you order multiple products.
We hope you support us in helping these farms selling their amazing, high quality products.

Yes, you can follow the shipment online. When you order on our website, we add the tracking information to your order. This we do after we ship your order with Kerry Express (or any other express service) so we can send you the tracking number.
Note:
Please understand that we cannot influence the shipping process after registering your order with the express service.
Neither do we have any management control of the drivers delivering the shipment to your location. Of course we will help you with anything regarding your delivery.
We ship the fruit in stronger boxes, especially designed for shipping fruit. This way we try to make sure that your order arrives at your home unharmed.
That’s why we send the fruit at about 80% of ripeness, which means that most fruit have to ripen a bit at your home. The main reason for doing this is to avoid problems with the actual shipping, but also because people have different tastes of how they like to eat the fruit.
Especially stone fruit and pears are shipped while they are still firm, so they are less likely to bruise during transit and will continue to ripen.

Now Your Fruit Is At Home
Yes. We recommend washing your fruit (and your hands!) before consumption. Whether organic or conventional, rinse fruit under cool running water immediately before you enjoy it.
If you wash produce in batches, but dry each fruit/piece well with a paper towel; wetness encourages mold and bacteria growth. For example, keep berries in the refrigerator and rinse them in cold water just before eating.
- Wash your hands with hot soapy water before and after preparing food.
- Clean your countertop, cutting boards, and utensils after peeling produce and before cutting and chopping. Bacteria from the outside of raw produce can be transferred to the inside when it is cut or peeled. Wash kitchen surfaces and utensils with hot, soapy water after preparing each food item.
- Do not wash produce with soaps or detergents.
- Use clean potable cold water to wash items.
- For produce with thick skin, use a vegetable brush to help wash away hard-to-remove microbes.
- Produce with a lot of nooks and crannies like cauliflower, broccoli or lettuce should be soaked for 1 to 2 minutes in cold clean water.
- Produce such as raspberries should not be soaked in water. Put fragile produce in a colander and spray it with distilled water right before eating.
- After washing, dry your fruit with a clean paper towel. This can remove more bacteria.
- Eating on the run? Fill a spray bottle with distilled water and use it to wash apples and other fruits.
- Once cut or peeled, refrigerate as soon as possible at 7ºC or below.
This does of course depend on the type of fruit. The fruit will last at least a week, up to two weeks when kept in the refrigerator.
We can leave some fruit on the counter, and enjoyed at room temperature. Other – like avocados – are kept outside the fridge at first to get ripened and will then be stored in the fridge to prolong their shelf life.
